Solutions to Enhance Professional Skills(StEPS) is a provider of customised training and learning solutions, particularly for the education and language learning/teaching sectors. The lead trainers have extensive international level experience of working with British, Norwegian, Middle Eastern, American and Pakistani organizations and institutions in the areas of training, human resource development and language teaching.
At StEPS, we aim at encouraging, contributing and learning in multiple ways. Delegates tend to leave the courses with a broader perspective, better comprehension, skills, knowledge and the motivation to practice what they absorbed in the course of their training. Our focus is directed towards professional training of students as well as job seekers and professionals. The Needs Analysis is the foundation of our approach. The objective is to analyze both the individual and overall educational needs of the business. Our plan is to determine the right area of competence and to give the participants the opportunity to start at the right level—important factors which lead to the formation of groups having similar abilities and interests.
Together, we establish a concept or concrete proposal in line with the customer’s plans, resources and requirements. We adapt to meet our customer’s needs—everything from group size, location and times, to industry-specific courses.
In the implementation we bring together the analysis, the concept and the realization. Our organization is proven in practice: Projects leaders and teachers ensure that we fulfil our promises. Customer Services is responsible for arranging equipment, rooms, materials, computers and general support. During implementation this co-ordination is highly significant in achieving our objectives.
During and after our courses, we make evaluations. Particular attention is paid to making adjustments quickly and efficiently. In the long run, these evaluations give us a clear indication of how our customers and the participants see us as an educational centre. This wide perspective is important for us because we consider something done and carefully reviewed as the beginning of something new. Of course, we also hope to develop further our collaboration.
